Nov 10th 2009 11:15AM @chad - It's not useless, but it's just not the most ideal. I currently use a $40 Mini DisplayPort + USB to HDMI adaptor that I got from Monoprice and it works just fine... But I totally agree they should have just stuck a mini HDMI port in instead, but for some reason apple fights against standards.

It's a bit of a pain, but it's nothing I would get rid of my MBP over.

Nov 10th 2009 10:13AM That's the first I've ever heard that it was a hardware limitation... everything I've read said it was merely "disabled". Please site where you found that it is an actual hardware issue please.

Nov 6th 2009 1:11PM Break our hearts? Hardly. Maybe if my Wii was used for anything but bowling. The games largely suck for Wii and the novelty of the control scheme wears out pretty quick IMO.
