We, OTOH, in addition to healthcare for our minorities, also pay for incarceration, special education, etc. As well, the tsunami of new imigrants, while its demographic being a little different, is equally burdensome because of their procreation rates and the exponential costs of providing for all of them. In spite of this, Detroit continues to make kick-ass cars and trucks, cmpetitive on every level, and you people continue to rely on prejudices and bias created (undeservedly) 25 years ago and perpetuated by baby boomers, et al. who read and create opinion polls and consumer reports magazne.
