Details on AT&T's 3G MicroCell: everything but the date and price {Engadget Mobile}
Jan 26th 2009 1:11AM So does this only give me better coverage in my home? I have an iPhone 3G now, but when I had a BB Curve on T-Mobile, I had their H@H service and w/ the $10 monthly charge, I was able to make all the calls I wanted to over WiFi and they don't count towards my minutes (and I still get the coverage enhancement since I have WiFi all over my house). Would AT&T's offering be something similar?
BlackBerry Storm shows off in trippy Vodafone promo vid {Engadget}
Oct 2nd 2008 7:00PM I like my iPhone and wont be trading it in for the Storm (even tho I prefer VZW's service/coverage), but as much as I like the iPhone, it just doesn't do corporate e-mail like BlackBerry does. I use my iPhone just to basically check my inbox and maybe some light replies. I miss my BB Curve for searching through e-mails, checking different folder, and especially needing to forward an e-mail with attachments (particularly large attachments). I can't wait to see what the Storm is like on VZW and see how much of it's potential is actually available to the consumer.
iPhone firmware 2.0.2 is out... and angry {Engadget}

I agree that it is not a business device like the BB. I had a Curve & iPod Touch and gave them both up for the iPhone 3G. The main reason being that I hated carrying 2 devices around all the time. I know the Curve plays music, but it's no comparison for multimedia against the iPhone. The corporate e-mail & IM shortcomings are there in the iPhone, but the consolidation of devices trumped that for me. For some, it's just not an option and they have to go with 2 devices.
iPhone 3G review supplemental: battery life and MobileMe tests {Engadget}
Jul 16th 2008 1:58PM Anyone else have problems with ActiveSync where if someone sends you an e-mail with a large attachment and you want to forward it to someone else, the iPhone tries to DL the whole thing and then reattach it to the new e-mail you're sending. With my WinMo phone, I could tell it not to DL any attachments larger than a certain size and if I forwarded it, it would still have the attachment.
App Store hands-on, notable apps {Engadget}
Jul 10th 2008 9:06AM On a blackberry and BB Messenger & GTalk both use data, while AIM and Y! Messenger use SMS. That's why I never sign on AIM or Y! on my BlackBerry Curve. I'm pretty excited to get the iPhone 3G tomorrow, but having to give up BB Messenger is my biggest regret. Wish BB could develop an App for that!!

May 19th 2008 6:12PM how bad does the RROD get? I've gotten it about a 1/2 dozen times so far and I always just turn off the 360, then back on and it's back to normal like it never happened...[knock on wood]

T-Mobile's BlackBerry 8820 pushed back? {Engadget Mobile}
Feb 24th 2008 3:11PM So this phone is going to have both Wi-Fi as well as GPS?! I thought RIM wasn't putting to 2 together in any phone (each carrier was going to have separate models for each - e.g.: 8310 vs. 8320)
