I've had no problem with Samsung support, ever; I haven't even had the need to send in any Samsung devices I've owned, unlike the N85 and 5800 that I got rid of after a few weeks of their annoyances. "Non-existant"? I think you need to do some searching before typing, Nokia fanboy.

The i8910's hardware is so much superior to the N97's, it's not even funny. Since a tilting screen and QWERTY keyboard make a device so amazing in your eyes, I'm sure you jizz in your pants everytime you hear 'HTC'...
