Verizon's Glyde drama quickly resolved with software update {Engadget Mobile}
Nov 19th 2008 9:02PM I have the Glyde and I really hated it since I got it. I don't know why I didn't return it.
Anyway, I did the first update and that did nothing.
Though today, November 19, I went into the store and got the newest one and the whole interface is basically changed. And the phone works like it should. The touch screen is extremely responsive and everything seems to work perfectly. I'm glad.
This is coming from a Glyde user from Rhode Island.
