RIM unleashes BlackBerry Storm online user guide, still no release date in sight {Engadget Mobile}

I've seen a poster referring to http://tienda.vodafone.es/moviles/blackberry_storm/ (in Spanish) where it seems to be available at 19€ ! But I don't know if it is actually available (that what it seems because they don't speak about a release date, just as if it was already out).
