Verizon's Glyde drama quickly resolved with software update {Engadget Mobile}

Nov 9th 2008 9:44AM I lived in Florida and I have the Samsung Glyde,I hope there is an soft ware upgrade soon than ever because I am having problem with the Touch Screen which works sometimes.I contacted Samsung and let them know about the problem that I am having with the Samsung Glyde and I was told that when ever the Touch Screen does not work I should remove the Battery and that should solve the problem I don't think so.Its very frustrating when you have one of the Top of the line phone and it does not work properly.
