Nov 3rd 2008 1:39PM I think a lot of this has to do with the ridiculous amounts that some credits the company has been forced to issue b/c a customer didn't think they would need a data plan. "what? $29.99 - i'm not paying any more than the bare plan." becomes a $900 data overage because the customer discovered they can get weather updates on their centro.

Nov 3rd 2008 1:35PM you're going to be eating your words tomorrow. what's your corporate email addy? i can forward you links to the 4 infomanager alerts, the technical support tool software release notes, and original quarantine emails. larger dial pad, increased touchscreen usability (hopefully better than the BL25 update ... has anyone tried to use backup assistant with that touchscreen? its a great example of how messed up with phone is).
you also forgot the Knack as another Samsung having problems authenticating with the Nortel network as well.
