Nov 29th 2008 12:34PM Honestly, I'm sick and tired of big manufacturers making decisions for me. I love netbooks, and I will probably use one more than my desktop. I'm a writer, web designer and I program as a hobby. I would hate to be chained to my desktop all day.
I used to use an HP Jornada 728 in college and in case you guys don't remember/know it...the screen was tiny and the keyboard even more so...but you wouldn't believe how much work I accomplished on it.
A netbook would be a perfect 2nd computer for me and I plan to get one early next year.
