And how are they classifying smartphone? Do they consider smartphones and pda phones to be different?

Cingular 8525 spotted (again) {Engadget}
Oct 24th 2006 9:02AM There were screen alignment issues with early models, especially the TyTn (the 8525 is a variant of the HTC Hermes. The TyTn is HTC's own branded variant).

Look under Resources, Hermes Problems. I highly doubt the 8525 will have similar problems, and there are fixes if it does.
