Apr 26th 2009 5:23PM Still call customer service just to say hi. I believe Verizon estimated that it costs over $7.00 each time a customer calls into care. Do you think they'd pass any savings down to you that you give them by using this app on your device? Kinda like when they give you backup assistant for free, but you have to pay for the 1mb+ download of the app. Or when you check you don't want Vcast & they slam you with it anyway & you don't notice for 3 months. What asses.
