Nokia rolls out N78 firmware update over the aether {Engadget Mobile}

FOTA allows consumers to get the latest software improvements and new features delivered directly to their mobile phones over the air (no hassle of a cable connected to your PC, or worse – needing to visit a service center to have the phone repaired). FOTA also has the added benefit for manufacturers and operators of reducing customer support costs, increasing service revenues, improving consumer satisfaction, and reducing churn.
