OpenMoko Neo FreeRunner available for order July 4, shipping July 7 {Engadget Mobile}

Jul 2nd 2008 9:40PM I will be early in line to order one of these devices. It is not perfect, but I love the idea of a free and open phone-sized computer enough to put up with some issues. At least I think it will be worthwhile.

Pros: All the specs
Cons: Short battery life (software updates can help), no 3G, no physical keyboard.

Can someone explain to me what "GPRS 2.6" is? Should I expect EDGE?
