Aug 6th 2008 9:34PM I don't understand.. There were court rulings saying that a user can legally unlock their own phone. These people are legally buying the phones, then (according to prior court rulings) legally unlocking them, then legally selling them after they are done with them.
I'm tired of all these silly lawsuits...

Jun 30th 2008 3:28PM I call BS on that "military member" having had a phone since 2001 and can't afford a new one. I've been in the military for 15 years and know that every 2-years you can renew your contract and get a FREE phone - so no matter what branch or rank in the military, you can afford FREE.
