Aug 13th 2009 2:38PM Im complaining. HD is the worst title because most companies use it based on there own bias law teams perception.
The instinct isnt exactly a dumbphone, but to expect it to play HD video is remarkable. If they pull it off good for them, but when it inevitably fails, i expect plenty of letters going to their advertising department.

I love the blog, but if it aint apple, does it have to be HTC? They really dont deserve the shine with their under performing phones (thats another story)
