Moxi Fall update comes with a lower price and a new 3 tuner model {Engadget}
Nov 10th 2009 12:34PM After suffering with the new Motorola offering from Time Warner, I'm so glad these dropped. Iterface is better than the standard one you get with Moto box. Plus internet streaming with PlayOn...so really a one stop shop. Plus no service fee.
Do want (now)! Just hope they put enough fans on this flippin thing so it doesn't eat itself after 6mos.

HTC's HD2 continues to impress, reveals multi-touch web browsing {Engadget}
Oct 22nd 2009 1:18PM I sense that HTC and MS are gonna butt heads soon since basically HTC is covering up new WM with Sense UI. You can't even turn Sense UI off (officially) on the HD2. There is always talk of HTC just going with its own OS...but that'll take time to develop. I hope they keep working together 'cause it seems there hardware is really top notch. Samsun, ASUS..et al. do other things, but this is all HTC does is build hardware. That's who you want your OS on.
The Engadget Show: Inside Ben Heck's magic kingdom {Engadget}
Oct 19th 2009 1:28PM @JOSH, you are right, but anyone who knows cars knows all that plastic is removed to find a bunch of basic components. Any shade tree mechanic nowadays knows you just need to add a laptop to your tool kit now. When I go to my mechanic the first thing he pulls out is a laptop and plugs in to see what's going on.
It all just boils down to how interested people are to do this stuff I guess.

Oct 19th 2009 1:06PM Ben is totally right about people getting away from being able to take stuff apart. The computer and electronics are going the way of t he automobile. There was a time when a 17 year old could take apart an engine with the help of their dad, uncle or grandpa. Now you couldn't find a kid who could tell you the first thing about their car other than their stero.
He's also right about competition being good. More people can come up with more ideas.
Verizon removes gloves, begins 'There's a map for that' anti-AT&T ad campaign (video) {Engadget Mobile}
Oct 6th 2009 3:11AM Um...let's not forget about good ol' Sprint...they roam on Verizon's data, so it could actually have more coverage than both. Ha!
Canon EOS 7D 24p footage tries to make indie filmmakers / chain smokers out of us all {Engadget}
Sep 8th 2009 2:15PM I don't know a ton about digital video on DSLR so my question is: Is the shutter opening/closing at 24fps? Or is the mirror just down and the shutter open? Seems like a nice video and all but I'm no film geeky enough to see the real diff with others. It would be nice to do side-by-side video of the same scene.

Sep 4th 2009 10:30PM Forgot to mention: Love the website by the way. You guys are at the top of my RSS for tech news. Even if you are a bunch of you-know-what-fan-boys. ;-)

Sep 4th 2009 7:20PM You guys sound like a bunch of hipster d-bag tech snobs who don't really know a lot about tech. But hey you guys are Apple Fan-boys so that's about right.
I can hear the whispy chin stubble rub against your thrift store blazers and the click-clacking of your black rimmed specs.
Stop laughing at yourselves also, it sounds stupid.
