Apr 4th 2008 1:49AM I have been doing surveys with PDAs in countries like Haiti, Afghanistan, Zimbabwe, Kenya, and Somalia. In Angola with truck drivers using the devices! It's not about the technology!
And the fact that our gov has just dropped this much $ is unacceptable. Any lawyer-readers out there think there is a suit worth pursueing here???
