Patriots Fans Still Aren't Thrilled With John Tomase's Coverage of the Team {Fanhouse NFL Blog}
Sep 4th 2008 9:08PM That game was six years earlier... 2002 to 2008. And Tomase should NOT be covering the Pats this year or ever again.
It's Official: Harvey Dent Not Returning for 'Batman 3' {Cinematical}
Sep 4th 2008 12:43PM If Dent/Two-Face is dead, I'm even more excited for the director's cut of "the Dark Knight" on DVD since it will be the only way to get more of the character.
Peter King Not Happy With Warren Sapp Over 'Inside the NFL' Comments {Fanhouse NFL Blog}
Sep 1st 2008 5:51PM Sorry, Lakergregg, your summer continues to get even worse. He corrected his typo. I copied and pasted the quoted text in my original reply. My original comment still stands.
Peter King Not Happy With Warren Sapp Over 'Inside the NFL' Comments {Fanhouse NFL Blog}
Sep 1st 2008 1:00PM "Asked if Inside the NFL will be better on HBO, Sapp told the Boston Globe:"
That should read, "...will be better on Showtime...".
When you guys aren't busy bashing the Patriots, you should try proofreading.
Ozzie Calls Pedroia a 'G**D*** Jockey'; Or, Why Dustin P Will Not Win MVP This Year {Fanhouse MLB Blog}
Sep 1st 2008 11:10AM Not making the playoffs didn't hurt ARod's MVP chances with Texas.
The MVP award has become a joke in the same way that the Academy Awards are. It's all about politics and lobbying for the award. The media are sheep.
Pedroia's defense is better than any of the other MVP candidates in the AL. David Ortiz has yet to win the award because he doesn't contribute defensively. Now that the Sox have a player who contributes defensively, his OPS isn't high enough.
Pedroia is a better all-around player than any of the other AL MVP candidates. Combining OBP, defensive, base running, and importance to team, Pedroia should have a legitimate shot.
The Geek Beat: Believing in Harvey Dent {Cinematical}
Aug 26th 2008 8:25PM Don't forget that Dent kidnapped the "Rachel Dawes" cop, pointed a loaded gun at his head, and threatened to kill him. Dent's rage and hatred over the perceived threat on Rachel's life drove him to nearly commit murder. Yes, we know that the coin had two faces, but the victim did not. Also, the fact that the coin had two faces didn't make Dent's emotion any less real.
Like much of the movie, the foreshadowing was already in place. The script by Goyer and Nolan was superb. Harvey's pyschotic break wasn't the sudden and unexpected event that most of you make it out to be.
Joyswag: The Art and Making of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed book {Joystiq}
Aug 26th 2008 8:20PM I'd use the Force to play tricks on the weak-minded.

Aug 25th 2008 7:17PM "The Rocker" looked like it should have been called "School of Rock 2". I thought the premise sounded funny, but the trailers didn't do anything for me. I don't think that Rainn Wilson can carry a movie unless he's playing Dwight K. Shrute.

Aug 25th 2008 12:52PM Holy last season's news, Patriot haters!
The editor-in-chief giveaway: Win Ryan Block's gadgets {Engadget}
Aug 23rd 2008 10:31PM I'd probably keep about half and sell about half. That would ensure that I won't need to sell a kidney. In the near future, anyway.
