iPhone 3G from AT&T: unlimited data for $30 {Engadget Mobile}

Jun 10th 2008 10:41AM I think the main thing you guys are glossing over, is that there will be NO tethering to a computer..
I haven't seen this mentioned even once anywhere on engadget, but you can pretty much be sure of it. Jobs and ATT are not going to let you tether your computer to the phone to grab some 3g data. Other phones on ATT will do this easily....
Also, Isn't the 3g iphone UMTS and not HSDPA...
no wonder it's only 2x edge...

Newsflash! Firmware 2.0 hints suggest Apple might be working on a 3G iPhone {Engadget}

May 12th 2008 12:28AM you fools know that Steve is NEVER going to let you tether your iphone to the your computer, for HSDPA to your pc..

They are going to make sure that feature is burried real real deep.. WinMo does have an advantage there, lets your share 3G over the phone's wifi connect.
Iphone will probably only have HSDPA 3.6 as well, and not 7.2, but 3.6 is plenty fast..

Hands-on with the Sony Ericsson Z750a for AT&T {Engadget Mobile}

Apr 4th 2008 10:47AM For At&t, you're not going to get a camera, because they still have crappy video share, and not full fledged video calling.
So for the Z750a, there is no camera, that in fact is a light meter (for dimming LED's/brightness to conserve power)..
Rogers might be getting a version with the camera, I'm not sure..
