steven: The start-stop stops when you take your foot off the clutch -- how do you fit that into an automatic, which is missing that part?

Mar 11th 2008 8:33PM This was a default judgment, so while it's a judgment in favor of shrinkwrap licenses on any random piece of equipment, it's not AFAIK a precedent.
