Mar 5th 2008 2:26PM Not widely discussed or noticed, but Sprint has an unlimited rate plan that is half the cost of the $90 plan they recently announced. It is provided by their Boost Unlimited service. I recently made the switch and am paying $50 a month for the same level of service I was using under my old $60 plan and am getting unlimited text messaging with no contract requirement to boot! Overall, its a perfect fit for me and a much better deal than what I had before or could get under their new plan.

Feb 26th 2008 9:36AM The Boost product is a set of prepaid rate plans offered by Sprint, similar to AT&T's GoPhone. What is attractive is their new Boost Unlimited rate plan, which offers an unlimited month of service for $45-$50-$55, or $35-$40-$45 in Hawaii and Miami. As a Sprint customer, it certainly makes sense to dump my current plan and get unlimited minutes for about $20 less per month!

Feb 23rd 2008 11:05PM It is interesting that people are waiting to see how Sprint responds to the other national moves on unlimited. I just found out that Sprint already has a regional unlimited plan that is half the cost of the $100 plans the other carriers have rolled out. It is called Boost Unlimited. As a Sprint customer, why would I pay more for less minutes when I could just call them and switch to their Boost Unlimited plan?
