Feb 15th 2008 9:48AM How many "jackets" do the Modu developers think people are going to buy? I doubt people will buy more than 1 unless these jackets come with additional features and are inexpenesive enough compared to buying a complete gadget that does the same thing.
Face it, if the Modu and all the jackets are more than the cost of a "normal" handset and a few adaptors, people are going to stick with their traditional handsets.
I like the technology behind the Modu, but I question if they can make the jackets inexpensive yet useful enough to warrent buying more than one. If I only buy one, why not just get a traditional Nokia/Sony-Ericsson/LG handset?
