for many people your argument means absolutely nothing. and these are the same people that say they dont care what it offers, they just want to play video games. if you tell a young kid "did you know the ps3 has a built in BR player?" they'll probably just say, i dont care, i just want to play video games. "free online play?" i dont care, i just want to play video games. a robust video store w/ free access "i really dont care, i just want to play video games"
this goes for just about any feature you can name. as much as people her on the Stiq will say, i love x feature, and y feature is great...theres a lot of people who simply dont care (especially parents of the aforementioned kids) who just want a console thats cheap to buy. when looking @ the entry level prices of the ps3 vs wii vs 360 its not surprise why a parent would say forget a ps3, i could get 2 360s for that price, or a wii and a lot of games. many people dont care what it costs to maintain or actually get running, but just that sticker shock u first see while comparing in store.

focus rs - 43k
evo x fq330 - 53k
sti 330s 48k
335i - 56k
so i guess there's quite a few cars, yeah they're not all in the same class as the 370z (compact sports car coupe) but there's no way in hell i'd pay that much money for a car which is, from what i read, essentially a base w/ some nice interior touches, exclusive paint, and a outside body sticker. I'm not sure if the nismo 370z is available in the UK, but i'd even take THAT over this car.
The way i look at it, it'd be like not getting say, a GT500...but paying 10k more than a gt500 and essentially getting a GT w/ some limited...eh special edition interior touches. i'm sure there's plenty of people that would do it, but i'm not one of em.

Jul 1st 2009 9:31PM Game launching...eh, but it would be nice if they could set up voice chat. Maybe not so there's just a clusterf*$@ of people talking, but at least to the point where you could select people around you, and basically open a voice chat.
And on another side note, why is it that i never get any of the good surveys from sony. I just got a survey las week, but it was about playstation.com
