Jan 7th 2008 9:09PM There's at about 45 live trademarks on the name sun - most of them not owned by our favorite microsystems. Trademarks are more narrowly defined than "computer/electronics" - and calling a product 'sun' doesn't seem to infringe on the might microsystems.
