Apr 22nd 2008 7:43PM Because not everyone realizes how zoom ranges work? These are the same people who buy a 10 megapixel camera to print 4x6s, and will buy a camera that lists "HD quality" over one that doesn't, even if both were the same price and had the same megapixel count.

Apr 18th 2008 2:53PM When the big boys like Canon, Nikon, Sony, and even Kodak haven't bothered to put GPS receivers in their consumer cams, i think it's more of a case of demand not being there, at least not yet. Geotagging is very niche simply because there hasn't been a mainstream doesn't know it exists and hasn't been convinced it's something they want. i'm sure if Apple put a GPS receiver in the new iPhones and updated iTunes/iPhoto with some slick photo presentation utilizing geotags that we'd see more cameras with built in GPS.

Apr 8th 2008 11:42PM Am i missing something or is MMS not a format? MMC, sure, but that'd be too big for this. The pictures at the link show what looks to be a covered microSD slot. i hate to say it, but i actually kinda want this. It looks unusable as a cell unless you wear it on the inside of your wrist or use a headset, but as a cellwatch (watchphone, watchcell, whatever) this is actually approaching the size and design of something i wouldn't be ashamed to wear in public, unlike this:

Apr 1st 2008 11:31PM The Greenhouse lens has a focus ring as well as a tripod, which you'll need using a telephoto lens. Personally, i'd kill for a good quality wide angle lens that could give me ~20mm.
