Jul 22nd 2008 7:14PM MS published the original prior to EA buying Bioware. The contract that MS signed with Bioware probably lost all meaning once EA came into the picture. Publishers can change all the time, remember EA published the PC version of the game.
MS Published Vampire Rain which is now coming to the PS3 with a subtitle and a new publisher. EA could do the same with Mass Effect.
Another example is Age of Empires for the DS...

Jul 17th 2008 7:35PM To all saying that a developer can't fill a 50GB Blu-Ray without filling it with crap then you haven't played MGS4 (which uses very very little prerendered scenes, if any). They actually had to cut stuff to make it fit on a single 50GB Blu-Ray and it still had installs.
Im sure Square could easily fill a DL Blu-Ray since they are FMV whores. I mean they were one of the few companies to fill DL DVDs on the PS2. Imagine now in the nextgen with higher res graphics and videos...
Sucks that because of this theres no chance of us getting a Japanese dub with the game. =\

Jul 15th 2008 6:44PM People complaining about lag need to understand that this isn't just a normal FPS game like CS/COD/BF. It's more like an FPS MMO that people have been asking for. It will probably run on dedicated servers with a population limit of 256 people per server.

Jul 5th 2008 6:57PM The original worked fine on the PSX, Don't see why this couldn't work on current gen systems. PS3 would be the most logical choice seeing how tying BNET to PSN would be the easiest since its more open then XBLive.
They could also give the player the option of using KB&M if they want to like UT3 does.

Jun 17th 2008 6:46PM There will be a Heavenly Sword 2, Sony isn't a company to abandon decent franchises. The Getaway franchise never took off, the games were always rated poorly and sold poorly. Heavenly Sword recieved good reception, just didn't sell as well as they hoped. Im sure they will look into improving that, I mean ICO sold poorly and we got a follow up to it (with a 3rd in the pipe).
Ninja Theory is also a 3rd Party, if they want to move offices they are free to. They have no contracted objigation to Sony, I don't see how thats news. I mean why would they stay in a Sony office if their next title is going to be Multiplatform...

Jun 3rd 2008 9:46AM It's actually alot like buying a magazine from the store that had demos included. They use to include beta's aswell... this is no different except its not on paper, but rather an interactive program on your console.
