Shia -- I Refused WHAT? {TMZ}
Sep 27th 2008 10:57AM What ever happened to just getting the medical records from the hospital? We draw alcohol levels on accident victims all the time. And if we are sending them to surgery more so. Makes the DA actually have to do some work the lazy ass.

Jul 8th 2008 10:51AM Well I wonder if one can get by now with the notebook in a sleeve and then in a bag. When they say take it out of bag you do, leaving it in the sleeve. I don't know how far one could push it and not get detained or worse. You never said sleeve you said bag or case.
iPod nano sparks bedroom fire, no humans harmed {Engadget}
Mar 8th 2008 12:55PM Odd though, I dont keep both cables wrapped up when plugged in and charging, and it also looks like it was near a receipt of some type- which is heat sensitive which very well could have been the source of the fire. Looking at the other photos it looked more burt on the outside.

Dennis Quaid Sues Drug Company {TMZ}
Dec 5th 2007 11:38AM I think the whole system failed here from the source of the medication to the bedside nurse. Yes its is inexcusable that the nurse missed the information on the label and gave the wrong product,, but it happened. But also she should have never been in that position in the first place and that goes all the way back to the manufacturer hence the point of the lawsuit.
