AT&T and Samsung quietly recalling Blackjacks? {Engadget Mobile}
Nov 30th 2007 1:54PM Just went into the store and was told that they weren't recalling (I knew better), and lo and behold, I called warranty, and a new one is on the way.
What made me really irritated was I was going to pull up this post and they informed me I couldn't use the internet...great customer service.
