May 12th 2008 2:22PM The declining ARPU probably has something to do with (in the recent past) easy access to Sprint SERO plans. I'm paying $30 + incidentals for 500 anytime, unlimited text, unlimited data, and I have no intention of letting go of this deal.

Feb 18th 2008 8:34PM meh, I've been paying $30 for unlimited data and text (including 400 anytime minutes that I rarely use up) with SERO.
As for customer service, the few times I've had to call them to correct something (like being charged for a text message, or reporting a lost/stolen device) I have always reached a person who could help within a few minutes.
