Nov 28th 2008 10:24AM Because not every country in the world uses the alphabet the same as we do. Or for that matter, even use the English alphabet. Heck, why does Europe use different HSDPA frequencies than we do? That's the one to be more upset about. Because of that, we can't take full advantage of phones like the Touch HD.
