Apr 15th 2008 10:00PM No it's not - it''s the final version off windows update. You can run a .cmd file on your XP machine so that the site allows you to download it. It's been around for a while and the final SP3 has been up on the site for a few weeks now.

2GB (2X1GB) PC2-5300 667MHZ DDR2 NON-ECC
All for $390.00...not bad...of course that's with Foresite Linux, monitor, keyboard and mouse...but still pretty tempting.
