Dec 31st 2007 4:42PM Anyone here bashing Best Buy has no idea what they are talking about. Best Buy is a retail store. You walk in for a product you want and they hand it to you. If you are so smart and think you're so knowledgeable about electronics, then why the hell are you asking for help from what is usually a 18 year old high school student? Also Best Buy is a business, they try make money (although this Sirius gift card was obviously just a computer error because this is the first time its ever happened), so dont yell at the employees for having high prices, they just clerk the items and try to convince you why you should buy a more expensive item instead of buying the very cheapest.
