Dec 5th 2007 9:58PM It will be 1 month this Friday when I got my M500 after ordering it back in March. From day one mine was DOA and still have not heard back from SMS what so ever :-( I have E-mailed them over 2 dozen times and have left multiple messages on their voice mail.
It is clear that this company is a scam.

Dec 3rd 2007 3:34AM I got my M500 from SMS Tech after waiting 11 months (they said delivery in 7 days) and guess what??? the watch falls apart! It's a "PLASTIC" case and it keeps wanting to come off and the stylus never stays in the strap plus the speakerphone does not wotk plus the screen has major dead pixels!
Oh by the way, you can forget about support as no one replies to E-mails nor do they ever answer the phones.
Bottom line is that I got took for $1,000!!!
