Windows 7 student upgrade installer not working for many {Engadget}

Oct 23rd 2009 10:29AM I ordered the x64 version but was offered the x86 version. It is possible I ordered the wrong one, but I doubt it. When I downloaded it (unawares it was the x86 version) it downloaded as a .BOX file, which I have never heard of and couldnt find any information on online. I never installed it as I didnt want to disqualify myself from being eligible to exchange it for the x64 version. The FAQ for the process states that if you contact support they can take care of a situation like this.

I also asked them how to burn it to DVD as an .ISO or .EXE like the Office Ultimate 2007 student offer was done. Hopefully they get back to me on these issues. Ill post what info I get.
