NEC's "Bubble Talk" delivers micro-voicemails {Engadget Mobile}
Jun 29th 2008 3:24PM I hate getting voice messages on xbox live. This sounds like that. whats wrong with calling the person and leaving a voicemail if they dont pickup or just sending them a text. If their not in a position to talk on the phone they probably arent in a position to listen to a voice message. Texting a message isn't that hard and can usually be done with a bit more discretion.
iPhone apps won't be bigger than 2GB or cost more than a grand {Engadget Mobile}
Jun 24th 2008 1:49AM I would think if you are running 2gb integrated data sets on your phone you need to rethink your app. Put some off that data on the network and access it with your 3g vpn as needed.
ZFS file system coming to Snow Leopard server edition {Engadget}
Jun 24th 2008 1:46AM I think what Zak is trying to say is that people are saying OS X Server is useless when compared to linux but they are not providing any reasons as to why. He isn't supporting OS X really he is just asking that people explain what they are saying with some reasons on why they came to their assumption instead of just insulting something they have no experience with. What makes Linux more capable than OS X. John is saying that linux is more cost effective which isn't related to what either poster posted. Juice Daddy said OS X Server is useless. What can Linux do that OS X Server cannot. It doesn't sound like any of you have much experience using the actual software that you are saying is inferior.

Jun 19th 2008 10:25PM Problem is you might look a bit like a tourist. Or a terrorist. I guess it's only a problem if you pack light on the ammo.

Jun 19th 2008 10:23PM This is a photo of the Dakine Poacher I have. Looks like they have made more versions of it. I can't comment on those.

Jun 19th 2008 10:10PM I use my Dakine bag for traveling out of country. I normally dont bring my laptop just some clothes and camera stuff and it has lots of stowage areas. It has seperate bags along your back that zip apart so you can easily access them without going through your bag to get to them. Also would be handy because a theif has to cut through layers and layers and clothes to get to your gadgets near your back.
I have the Poacher from Dakine. I dont know if they still make it. It's about 3 or 4 years old and has been to italy france and mexico. No rips.
