too bad apple's DRM has been cracked since the app store pretty much launched. i dont use the cracked apps but they are pretty much everywhere.
PS they arent the only company to use them dumbass. if you want ridiculous DRM schemes then try installing EA games

Aug 11th 2008 3:10AM dont worry. happened to me and i made an appt and got mine replaced after 3 other messed up devices. the first replacement was fine until i got in the car and noticed a small dent in the white frame. second unit had scratches on the metal and the third wouldnt boot =[
i got a new one from them =] good call from apple
