Found Footage: Inexpensive do-it-yourself tripod mount for iPhone {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}
Jun 30th 2009 2:17PM Ok, like Jonathan mentioned, it could be handy on stuff like a mountain bike, or maybe mounting it to a hat/helmet as a small video camera.
I'm just mentioning that when attached to such a large tripod, it defeats the purpose of having something portable.

Jun 30th 2009 1:27PM I really don't see the point of this with such a basic camera. This plus the steady-cam guy... why?
If you are going to have that gear on you, the higher quality devices you usually put on them aren't going to be much of a nuisance because you're already carting around heavy and large mounts.
The beauty of an iPhone camera or video camera is the portability, these mounts destroy that.

Jun 28th 2009 7:25AM I just took my iPhones (2 of them) through being capsized in a lake, twice, from a canoe. Only protection they had were two zipplocked plastic bags. First time no water got in, second time the first bag filled and the second bag leaked some in and were below water for a few minutes.
I believe the video.
And on the guys YouTube video he says the phone is still working and the strap you see in a shadow is a wrist strap he added to a rubber case he had on the phone. He attributes the rubber case to likely being what saved it.

Technically the game should change the sound as it moves, so just, headphones in general would work! Get some stereo bluetooth headphones with an adapter (totally easy to find on the current market).
Review: Sirius XM for iPhone/iPod touch sans Stern {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}
Jun 18th 2009 10:14PM I've got two complaints with the app:
1. The pause button does not actually pause the feed. It simply stops audio from playing. When you "unpause" it re-loads the data from where the stream would be anyway. This is similar to just turning down the volume.
2. There is not a way to favorite or shortcut channels, only songs, which is useless when you want to quickly change channels.

Jun 13th 2009 11:26AM I own the Canon XSi (which I assume is similarly sized).
I am 6' 3". I weight 310 lbs. I have huge ham hands.
My hands fit wonderfully on the camera.
No idea what your talking about.
