Apr 16th 2008 1:06AM Ok, so this is just about the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard....I have spent 5 weeks each of the past two summers in Moscow, and my main way of connecting to the internet is a pay for access city wide (as city wide as you can get in a city of over 10million people like Moscow) WiFi network....so what I would have to register my laptop in order to bring it through customs? What about business travelers and their blackberries? You realize what sort of death to international business this could bring about????
