Buy this book: Chris Ziegler's 'Palm Pre for Dummies'! {Engadget Mobile}
Oct 13th 2009 10:47PM When are Engadget editors going to wake up and write a Dummies book about something we really need, like the art of yam cultivation?
T-Mobile 'considering additional measures' to compensate Sidekick owners {Engadget Mobile}
Oct 12th 2009 5:33PM If I were a Sidekick user, I would be absolutely livid right now. Probably the only thing that would keep me from marching on the headquarters of anyone involved in this fiasco with a pitchfork and a torch would be a thousand pounds of gold. For reals.
Windows Phone commercial is confusing for a variety of reasons {Engadget Mobile}
Oct 12th 2009 12:45AM Well, of course he's a little overexposed to Windows Mobile stuff. That's his job. He's a tech blogger. He exposes himself.
Samsung Galaxy i7500 pops up unlocked on Newegg {Engadget Mobile}
Oct 8th 2009 6:23AM $590 is a goddamned ripoff. I bought mine at a different site for $65 less, and that was almost a month ago.

Pandora comes to Android, world's networks that much closer to buckling {Engadget Mobile}
Sep 9th 2009 7:23AM Pandora thinks I have a Hero (I'm running a Hero rom) and won't let me even start the app, so hopefully that part is worked out by the time the Hero makes its way into the hands of Sprint customers.
HTC claims Tattoo's screen is too small for capacitive to work well {Engadget Mobile}
Sep 8th 2009 8:06PM I don't think the issue is the presumably cost-cutting measure of using a resistive screen in a budget phone. It's the justification being given that has raised Chris's ire. It's ridiculous that a corporation like HTC tries to obfuscate the reasons for including a resistive screen with the oft-repeated accuracy rationalization, as if they're using a clearly inferior technology (within the context of Android OS) for our benefit rather than for the benefit of their bottom line, which it clearly is, of course. Why patronize the consumers with bumbling excuses?
HTC Tattoo (aka, Click) brings Android, Sense UI to all {Engadget Mobile}
Sep 8th 2009 5:18AM That screen won't be pretty, but I wish my G1 had that much memory. That's almost as much RAM as the Hero. Sadface.
