I have the Sprint version of this, it does indeed include the cradle and removable battery...
Also, You can get software directly from Sierra Wireless that'll make this beauty work on mac... I'm using it right now on a powerbook g4... Here's the sprint site that provides instructions. The mac version of the connection software is from sierra wireless directly, so it /should/ work with this one but ymmv...
