Cornerstone passes Versions on the way to yesterday's finish line {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}
Jul 3rd 2008 9:31AM Like me, my office is still using CVS despite near daily issues with it. I'd be happy if they upgraded to *anything* else, including SVN.

Mar 7th 2008 5:14PM Similar thing happened to me with my new driver's license in DC. I got one on the second day after they issued a brand new design (about 6 years ago now), a week later I got pulled over... first by two cops, then by four more (six total!!!). They just didn't have anything else to do but look at the new design.
Let me go with a warning :-)

Jan 25th 2008 12:59PM I haven't upgraded my work machine to Leopard yet, so for something more integrated than a flash app that works in Tiger Kuler has a widget (you can download from the kuler page).
But this looks very handy, will give a try at home.
Microsoft gets pushy with IE7 {Download Squad}
Jan 24th 2008 4:13PM Anything that shifts people away from Internet Explorer 6 is a good thing in my (web designing) book. Even if it's IE 7. Of course Firefox/Safari/not Microsoft would be even better.

Verbatim's 2.5-inch SmartDisk portable USB and FireWire drives {Engadget}
Jan 3rd 2008 12:10PM I was also thinking about replacing my old VST portable firewire drive. It's still working after 7 (almost 8) years of use, but i know sooner or later it will die on me.
