Apple orders 50 million iPhone NAND chips from Samsung, rest of world put on hold? {Engadget Mobile}
Jul 2nd 2008 1:46PM Chris where does everyone pay $30 month for a pda? Sprint chargers $15 a month for unlimited data on all pda blackberry is 30 but come with unlimited txt and picture, video messaging also if you want to make it $30 for all pda on sprint it includes unlimited data everything. That would be $50 on att to have unlimited txt. Not to mention Sprint 3g coverage is way better and faster than ATT.
HTC's Touch Diamond gets spotted in Sprint attire {Engadget Mobile}
Jul 2nd 2008 1:37AM What is all this gsm vs cdma the only positive thing gsm has is that you can unlock your phone and when traveling pop in other countries sim card but to tell you prepaid service in other countries to talk to the us cost lots of $ so cost wise its about the same if roaming international on a sprint or verizon phone. I have used sprint roaming in mexico and have also taken an unlocked phone bought a prepaid card and i have spend about the same so what i just do now i just used international roaming and just pay it on my bill.
Now gsm users isn't it annoying for you guys to drop calls in buildings, static on your calls do to building interference, no signal most of the time inside buildings specially inside elevators and the fact that verizon and sprint (cdma) have the best 3g coverage and faster speeds than att, not to mention tmobile doesn't even deploy 3g around the nation as of right now?
Samsung Instinct available June 20th for $129.99, strings attached {Engadget Mobile}
Jun 18th 2008 5:16PM You also forgot that sprint unlimited nights and weekends start at 7pm that will be about an extra $10 for att and Sprint data network is faster and has more coverage than att. I wonder what is gonna happen when people buy an iphone and don't live in a big city is gonna be running on edge just like the first generation iphone. I have mentioned it before and will again Engadget is so biased towards the iphone and more towards att.
iPhone 3G from AT&T: unlimited data for $30 {Engadget Mobile}
Jun 9th 2008 10:03PM lol true to that i have the 30 plan like yours running Evdo RevA with a better data coverage than att. Att is way overpriced and as far as voice coverage here in Phoenix, AZ att is not that good also with sprint cdma i don't have to worry about having any signal, static, or droping calls when im inside buildings such as malls, stores, airport, restrooms, elevators etc.
iPhone 3G from AT&T: unlimited data for $30 {Engadget Mobile}
Jun 9th 2008 8:28PM I don't see many people biting the iphone is cheaper in price and nice don't get me wrong but is way to expensive to be using under att. It has 3g is good but coverage area for att data is not that great you will have to be in a major city. by paying 10 more a month is like actually paying $440 but instead your giving the extra 240 to att.

Sprint to sell off assets due to subscriber defections? {Engadget}
May 13th 2008 3:30PM What sprint need to do is have more tv advertising, seriously i never see a tv commercial about sprint when all day i see alltel and att commercials, hell even att gophone has more commercials than sprint/nextel. They also need to start getting nice phones out there maybe start selling refurbished phones at a lower prices similar to what att does. Now on closing down stores here in AZ all sprint stores are always busy so if they close some of them what would happen.
