Dec 18th 2008 10:09PM The 'cupcake' branch includes the addition of SIM Application Toolkit 1.0 which the roadmap says "will enable the SIM to initiate actions for various operator-specific value-added services." Who else thinks this is the feature allowing paid apps? This might be what allows the market app to initiate billing to T-Mobile accounts.
Just a thought.
