Aug 3rd 2007 11:43AM My wife and son bought amp'd mobile several months ago,and had the same problems. Long wait times on the phone,rude and very unprofessional help staff.outragous bills which no one could explain or do anything about. I hope a federal agency investigates these people.Whoever ran the show there needs to go to jail for fraud.
