=850*77.1 -> 100000
=850*77+850*0.1 -> 65535
As for the number of rows? The .xlsx of 2007 can do a lot more, it is a restriction of the old .xls file format that stopped at 65535 rows.

Without his guns and armour he's a regular guy, I can take him. The Flood? Just dead versions of everything else so, I can take them. Hierarchs? More of a challenge being all holey and followed, but I could take them. Cortana? Now we're talking, she is kind of hot and despite her being AI and all, I don't like to hit the ladies so I recon if she can throw the punches, she's got my number.
