Dec 29th 2008 4:12PM I have Windows 7 running on a Compaq S3200NX with 256 MB of RAM and a ATi Radeon x1550 video card. This is such a large improvement over Vista, everything works pretty quickly with the amount of RAM in that computer.

Dec 29th 2008 12:08AM I installed Windows 7 on a Compaq S3200NX with ATi Radeon x1550 card.
I added the extra 256MB RAM from my other computer and used it to install it. Then, I took it out after it was done.
With 256MB of RAM, Windows 7 is pretty responsive and fast..
