Jan 18th 2008 1:38PM i left because of their abysmal customer service. i will never go back. if you want to talk to dumb, rude people who don't care about the customer (after being on hold for an hour), by all means, sign up with sprint.

Jan 1st 2008 7:13PM on the whole, xbox 360 hasn't been a great product for me. i'm on my third box and my cables needed replacement (it took months to replace everything via their customer service) and my live service isn't fully working now, nor has it been in the past two weeks. i'm not saying there are better alternatives out there, but that doesn't mean that this is a quality product.
