LG VX8610's internal Bluetooth headset gets its own FCC love {Engadget Mobile}

Mar 28th 2008 7:59PM If anything this is the bluetooth headset. I have a Motorola headset that looks familiar to this. The big round thing on the top is what you put into your ear, there is two tabs on the lower left side (those are for volume). The pin connectors is used for charging when it is docked.

Verizon's Juke, Pearl, Venus and Voyager get outed {Engadget Mobile}

Sep 30th 2007 2:25AM Alex , like I said before I'm going to laugh this one out. I'll leave it at that. I don't wan't to keep this going because I don't want you to stress out trying to think up of come backs..lol.

Either way back to Engadgetmobile.

The Voyager looks awesome. If only it had a Microsoft Office document viewer or editor I would certainly buy this instead of having to wait for the i760 or 6800. Verizon and LG sure collaborated well in designing a phone with a very appealing design but also functional enough to satisfy the average cell phone user and some technological canny users. I'm assuming Verizon is going to hold off on releasing these phones until the holiday season because that is when most of the spending is done in the whole year. Can't wait to see the Voyager in person.

Sep 30th 2007 12:11AM Haha lets make things clear. "Alex" you say you read the instructions about keeping comments relevant to this blog entry but yet how does "Stop writing essays here, idiots. All of you." relate to this blog entry or Engadgetmobile. Other comments might have been off-topic but at least they were related to Engadgetmobile. About being concise no one told you to read every comment on here it was your choice and if you don't like what you read I think that your the one that should try going into other forums. I'am not trying to lead any one I'm just stating my opinion if it encourages others to speak theirs then so be it, but from what you said I assume your a Verizon hater so I'll just laugh this one out. Haters sure creep out when there are Verizon posts.

Sep 29th 2007 11:17PM Do you hate to read or do you have a short attention span? Do your self a favor and go check out some "pictures" I don't want you to over work your brain trying to read short paragraphs while we are all here trying to stay informed and state our opinions ; and you call us idiots.

Sep 29th 2007 8:24PM Wow look at all the Verizon haters. They seem to creep out when ever Verizon news is introduced. I keep seeing people hate on Verizon's choice of UI lack of unpopular phones or restrictions on features,but that is changing over time. Verizon might not have the best phones but I'm sure that is something they are not aiming for. But as a customer I know that they are making large improvements. They have introduced better quality phones then before at reasonable prices, introduced better plans then in the past,introduced the 30 day test drive, they have made a National Rev. A roll out, and are already looking into the future and heading into the direction of LTE.

What are the other carriers doing for the customers? At&t already trying to upgrade their 3g network with out providing a current 3g coverage to all of their customers, having numerous dropped calls, selling out to Apple so now customers are losing more money since they have to deal with Apple with their concerns about their overly hyped iphones.

Sep 29th 2007 7:12PM re: mosxs

I can't tell if your a liar or a Verizon hater like most people here. I live in Southern California and the coverage is great. I havent had any drop calls except when I am talking to some people that have sprint and thats on their side of the call. About the "terrible customer support" I certainly disagree with that. I know by experience that the customer support is outstanding. I had issues with my MOTO Q back in the days and instead of giving me a diffrent model as a replacement they shipped me a "New" MOTO Q the next day. For some one who realy hates crippling or unfunctional phones you sure made a wrong decision getting an iphone. So you might not only be a liar but not as bright either.

Verizon files lawsuit over open-access rules in 700MHz auction {Engadget Mobile}

Sep 14th 2007 12:47AM Hey maybe Verizon just want's to shutdown the competition. Survival of the fitest. After all they are running a business and in business ethics your main goal is to make money regardless of the obsticles. Im sure other companies would do the same if the oppurtunity was there to surpass other companies.

Man has thumbs altered to improve iPhone dexterity {Engadget Mobile}

Aug 11th 2007 2:24AM Well if he can put up with surgery removing part of his fingers I think he can manage to wait until the subway stops and finds a place to sit and use the flip out keyboard.You don't need to go to extremes in order to find a way to do simple things such as type an email or text message on your phone.

Aug 10th 2007 11:07PM Why didn't this guy use a bluetooth keyboard if he had a problem using the qwerty keyboards on the phones?

Samsung SCH-i760 spied on Verizon's site {Engadget Mobile}

Jul 13th 2007 8:31PM I asked about the "OBEX" Bluetooth profile because on the Verizon website the xv6700 does not support it and I want to find out if the xv6800 will support it because it wasn't specified based on the improvements. If the i760 has it then I would buy it, but if the xv6800 I would wait for that one. So far I havent heard anything about it.
