Jan 28th 2008 3:17PM Too bad the video driver issue with many of HTC's new handsets have not been resolved. There is a bit of a misunderstanding that the video driver issue affects the performance of all graphical rendering and use the GUI on the unit, not just video playback.

Jan 25th 2008 7:03PM I thought such immunity also keeps internet providers off the hook as well. While I do not agree with the wiretaps on our own people, without this law AT&T and others would have more reason to police content and information exchange on the internet that may make them possible targets in lawsuits regarding copyright.
