I find it hilarious that you actually believe anything that Sprint tells you. It seems to me that you haven't been around the Sprint Customer Service world for a while. They are known for blatantly lying to your face to have you believe what they want you to believe. They've done it to me numerous times and that's why A) I'm no longer with Sprint, and B) They are about to go out of business unless a miracle happens.
Switch to a carrier that actually cares about its customers, like T-Mobile.
